Are the bars for face or body?

Both TAN RESET BAR and KOME BAR are intended for body use only. Follow the directions and warnings on your product packaging.

What is different about TAN RESET’s two sides?

The rough side is intended for scrubbing; the smooth side is for lathering. Follow the packaging directions and stop use if irritation occurs.

What comes with the ₹449 offer?

Choose TAN RESET’s pack of three: you receive 3 TAN RESET BARs, 1 free KOME BAR and 2 reusable potli bags for ₹449 before any eligible discounts.

How many potli bags are included?

Single bars and two-packs include 1 reusable potli. Packs of three, four and six include 2; packs of eight include 3. The TAN RESET 3+1 offer includes 2 potlis.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch takes 2–3 working days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from the date of ordering, depending on your pincode and courier serviceability.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders ₹449 and above. Below ₹449, shipping is ₹50. Cash on delivery has a ₹20 additional charge.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact support@thefoamco.in or WhatsApp +91 9913300449 with your order number and details. We will assess damaged, defective, wrong or missing items and arrange an appropriate remedy. An unboxing video is not mandatory.

How do the first-order and prepaid offers work?

Get 5% off your first order automatically. Every prepaid payment receives an additional 5% through Razorpay, capped at ₹500 per order, valid through 31 December 2027. No coupon required. The two offers can combine; they may be calculated sequentially. Check your final payment amount at checkout.
