Change-of-mind returns & cancellations

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellation requests. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Problems with your order

Contact support@thefoamco.in or WhatsApp +91 9913300449 with your order number and a description of the issue. Include relevant photographs where available. Report visible damage or missing items promptly so we can investigate. An unboxing video is not mandatory, and opening a product does not automatically disqualify a valid defect claim.

If an opened bar causes irritation, stop use and contact us with the product and batch details. We assess each complaint; individual fragrance preferences or expectations alone are not grounds for a change-of-mind return.

Resolutions & return shipping

For a verified issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, missing-item delivery or refund according to the circumstances and your applicable rights. Contact us before returning anything. Where a return is necessary for a verified defect or incorrect supply, we arrange or cover reasonable return shipping. We may resolve an issue without requiring a return.

Refunds

Approved prepaid refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. COD refunds are made through an agreed bank transfer or UPI method after verification. Store credit will not replace a monetary refund where you are entitled to one. We confirm the refund amount, initiation date and reference once the claim is approved; credit timing depends on the payment provider and bank. We will never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN or card security code to issue a refund.

Customer support

Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM IST. Consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month, in accordance with applicable requirements. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
